Many describe me as a bubbly person who smiles and laughs a lot. While I believe laughter can be healing, I also value calmness, safety, and stillness. Together, we can explore your life experiences, how they have shaped your identity and relationships, and discover how your mind, body, and soul influence your wellbeing.
My therapy approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic approaches according to your needs and comfort. Additionally, many of my clients are looking to integrate their Christian faith into therapy, which I am happy to do upon request.
